1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, order processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Economy Shipping (5-8 days)
- Standard Shipping (3-4 days)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $66 will enjoy free standard shipping.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can check the status of your package using the provided tracking number.
5. Duties and Taxes
All shipping charges and related taxes will be clearly stated at checkout. We do not charge any hidden fees, and all products are shipped from the United States.
6. Damages and Losses
If the customer can prove that the purchased item was lost during transportation, we will resend the same product as compensation. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@naturenergy.us with photos of the damaged product, and we will assist you with the issue.

Once goods are sold, no returns or refunds are accepted.
