🍵 Principles of the Five Elements 五行機理

Detoxification and cleansing are associated with the Wood element in the Five Elements system, and its corresponding season is spring. In tea culture, green tea is related to the Wood element.

In ancient Chinese wisdom, tea is regarded as a unique plant that embodies a natural balance of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements. Based on different levels of fermentation, tea is traditionally classified into six major types, each corresponding to one of the Five Elements.

According to the principles of mutual generation and mutual restraint - Water generating Wood, Wood generating Fire, the teas in this blend work together in harmony to support purification and renewal as an integrated whole.
